Service terms
Understand the work before approving it.
The estimate comes before a repair or recovery commitment.
Estimates
Timing and scope.
Received by 2 p.m. on an open business day, estimated by the end of that business day. Later receipts are estimated by the end of the next open business day. Estimated within 2 business hours after receipt and the required information. Both paid options are available online or by arranged drop-off.
The deadline is for the estimate, not the completed repair. A physical inspection may be needed before a final quote is possible. Parts, repair labour, specialist handling and recovery work are quoted separately.
The scope is approved before work starts. An estimate cannot guarantee a successful repair or recovery.
Marketplace purchases
The named seller supplies the computer.
Read the seller’s current listing, condition, stock information, warranty, returns and delivery terms before purchasing. Product links open a detail page. Send a reviewed order request and keep its reference; the seller confirms availability and the complete amount before payment.
Specialist investigations
Digital forensic work is separately scoped.
The C$50 repair and recovery estimate does not cover forensic acquisition, investigation, expert reporting or testimony. Scope, examiner, authority to examine, evidence handling, retention, timing and fees are agreed before specialist work begins. No recovery or legal outcome is guaranteed.
Prepared orders and seller fees
Review your computer selection or service before sending it. A successful submission returns a request reference. Sending a request does not by itself reserve stock, approve a seller, capture payment, activate hosting or open a locker. A payment is confirmed only when the payment service records it.
Seller agreements are private. Platform fees are paid by the seller under its accepted commercial terms; they are not a surprise buyer surcharge. Applicable tax, delivery and processing are separate; the seller confirms the complete amount before acceptance.
