Using a shopping assistant

Clear facts. Informed decisions.

Compare the exact computer, specification and seller. Check current availability on the seller page before recommending or ordering a unit.

Before an order or appointment

The named seller processes the computer purchase and sets delivery, warranty and return terms. A catalogue snapshot is not a stock guarantee. Digital forensics is individually quoted and is separate from the C$50 repair estimate.

Prepared orders and seller fees

Review your computer selection or service before sending it. A successful submission returns a request reference. Sending a request does not by itself reserve stock, approve a seller or capture payment. A payment is confirmed only when the payment service records it.

Seller agreements are private. Platform fees are paid by the seller under its accepted commercial terms; they are not a surprise buyer surcharge. Applicable tax, delivery and processing are separate; the seller confirms the complete amount before acceptance.
