Similar model names can use different displays, batteries, connectors and boards. The assessment identifies the suitable parts and whether repair, replacement or data recovery is the practical next step.

Before you approve
A repair proposal you can evaluate.
Your estimate describes the next step and any inspection needed. Parts availability, the condition of the device and the work required determine the final repair quote. Labour, parts and specialist recovery work are approved separately.
We are an independent repair service. Manufacturer names identify the computers we assess and do not imply manufacturer affiliation or authorisation.
